| 英文摘要 | 进入21世纪后，信息技术的突飞猛进的发展已经将我们带入了一个网络化的社会，在这个社会中，人们的传统生活方式不断的受到冲击，网络虚拟财产的出现，更是更新了人们创造及掌控财产的方式。以网络游戏中的虚拟物品为例，这种产生并存在于互联网虚拟世界的无形财产虽然诞生的历史不长，但发展却异常迅速。于此相对应，关于涉及网络游戏中虚拟财产的犯罪案件越来越多。侵犯虚拟财产行为一方面损害了虚拟财产所有者（使用者）的权益，另一方则破坏正常的网络秩序，引发社会不安定因素。但从我国现有立法看，对网络虚拟财产的保护尚未有明确的规定。这一方面导致大量受害者得不到救济，另一方也导致了司法实践中对法律适用的不统一，有损法律的尊严...; IN the 21st century, rapid development of information technology has led us into a networked society.
