| 英文摘要 | 内容摘要 单证相符向来是信用证交易的核心问题。长期以来，判断单证相符的主流标准是严格相符标准，但对于严格相符到底应严格到何种程度并无统一的认识。本文主要探讨了严格相符标准的基础理论、演进等，在检讨严格相符的优缺点的基础上提出经济上的严格相符标准。文章共分五章。 第一章阐述了严格相符标准的基础理论及严格相符标准在适用上的缺陷。首先分析了关于严格相符标准的的法理基础的若干学说，并分析了将现有法律制度强行运用于严格相符标准上的不合理做法，指出严格相符标准的合理之处在于其商业基础；接着分析了严格相符标准在实际运用中存在的若干缺陷。 第二章论述了严格相符标准的两种变体——实质相符标准和双重标准...; ABSTRACT The focus of the L/C transaction is a matter of compliance.
