| 英文摘要 | 第二次世界大战结束以来，恐怖主义在全球范围内不断蔓延，已然成为当今国际社会的一大公害，对国际和平与安全构成了极大的威胁。美国“9·11”恐怖袭击发生后，国际社会掀起了一股反恐热潮，缔结一个全球性、全面性反恐公约的呼声日益高涨。但由于各国在恐怖主义的法律内涵问题上存在巨大的分歧，公约的缔结工作进展缓慢。而全球性、全面性反恐公约的缺失，又给加强反恐怖主义的国际合作和规范反恐斗争造成了许多的障碍。因此，对恐怖主义法律内涵的研究是十分必要的。 本文前言部分主要是从反恐怖主义的国际立法和国际合作的需要出发，阐述开展恐怖主义法律内涵研究的目的和意义。第一章主要是通过对恐怖主义的词源、辞典定义和学者定义、...; Since the end of World War II, terrorism has been kept spreading in the whole world, which has already become a public hazard in our international society and has greatly threatened the international peace and security.
