| 英文摘要 | 随着离婚率的逐年升高，越来越多的未成年子女面临父母离婚带来的家庭结构变化。而离婚父母抚养、教育未成年子女的现况却令人担忧。许多未成年人由于未得到适当的引导和照顾，不仅出现了怨恨、孤僻、逆反等诸多心理问题，还出现了学业下降、出走、结伙等不良行为，甚至引发犯罪等较严重的社会问题。研究表明，离婚后的父母是否给予未成年子女尽职尽责的抚养和照顾，是影响未成年子女福利的重要因素。因此，为保障离婚后未成年子女的利益，法律应对离婚父母抚养未成年子女问题做出明确而具体的规定。本文在对离婚父母抚养未成年子女问题及其特殊性进行分析的基础上，分别对两大法系典型国家相关立法进行比较研究，并分析了我国现有法律制度的不足，...; Along with the increase of divorce, more and more children are having to involve into the change of the family structure.
