| 英文摘要 | 货物风险问题为国际货物买卖中最主要的法律问题之一。买卖合同签订后，双方当事人如何分担货物的风险损失直接关系买卖双方的利益平衡。各国法律、国际公约及国际贸易惯例在这一问题上规定并不完全一致。如何公平合理地解决货物风险责任承担问题对于保护交易安全，促进商品流转具有重要意义。本文以英美等国法律、《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》及《2000年国际贸易术语解释通则》为主要研究对象，通过比较分析和实证研究的方法，探讨国际货物买卖合同中货物风险转移的时间界限即风险转移的时间问题。论文由前言、正文和结语三部分组成，其中正文包括四章内容。 第一章分四部分阐述货物风险的含义、特征，比较风险责任与品质责任、违约责任...; Risk allocation (passing of risk) is one of the two main legal issues in international sales of goods .
