| 英文摘要 | 本文所探讨的对象是目前国际上仍存有诸多争议的网络服务商侵犯著作权的法律责任问题。网络服务商的著作权侵权责任明确与否，不仅影响著作权保护的水平和质量，而且直接影响网络服务业的生存与发展，同时也关系到无数网络用户的利益。本文意在通过对这一问题的探讨以引发学术界对此问题进一步的关注与思考，有鉴于此，本文除前言和结论外，共分四章展开讨论。 第一章明晰各类网络服务商的概念，并分析他们在信息传输中所扮演的角色。网络内容提供者相当于传统的发布者；接入服务提供者类似于传统的传播者；而主机服务提供者则是介于发布者和传播者之间的特殊主体。 第二章论述国内外有关侵犯著作权的一般归责原则，并分析一般归责原则在网络...; The object of the thesis is the legal liability of the infringement of copyright of internet servicers which is disputed in the world.
