| 英文摘要 | 计算机软件盗版是制约计算机软件产业发展的重要因素之一。对计算机软件版权的保护和实施，有助于促进技术革新及技术转让与传播。2008年，国务院发布《国家知识产权战略纲要》，提出“加大司法惩处力度，提高权利人自我维权意识”的发展目标，为计算机软件版权司法保护工作提供了更加强大、明确的政策背景。然而，计算机软件版权侵权诉讼证据的多样性、技术性、脆弱性、隐蔽性等特点，极大增加了案件审理难度。本文以计算机软件版权侵权诉讼审理流程为线索，结合多起司法案例及实践惯例，解决相应的“取证难”、“质证难”与“法律问题与技术问题相交错”等问题。除引言和结语外，全文分为四章。 第一章概括介绍计算机软件盗版与版权司法保...; The issue of software piracy is one of the enormous challenges faced by the whole software industry.
