| 英文摘要 | 随着互联网的飞速发展，我们的生活已经越来越离不开网络这个虚拟世界。越来越多的现代人选择在这个虚拟的世界工作、学习、交流、娱乐，从而造就了一个巨大的消费市场。以网络游戏为例，在游戏的过程中，成千上万的各种游戏虚拟物品在游戏玩家之间、游戏玩家与游戏运营商之间不断进行交易，交易金额数目惊人。而网络游戏产业的繁荣，虚拟财产交易的频繁，也导致了众多网络虚拟财产纠纷的产生，引发了诸多的法律问题。网络游戏虚拟财产被他人盗窃、玩家游戏账号被无故封停、网络虚拟财产的继承等问题频频发生。但是，国内相关立法的缺失，使得司法机关在面对这样的案件经常无从下手，玩家或者用户保护自己的利益往往也无法可依。众多网络虚拟财产纠...; With the rapid development of Internet, network becomes more and more close to us.
