英文摘要	政府救市行为法律责任制度对于保障政府救市行为的正确行使有着巨大的作用。而我国目前有关政府救市行为法律责任制度的规定却很不完善，导致我国政府救市行为处于一种非规范化运作的状态，很容易危及到社会公共利益。 本文第一章主要介绍了政府救市行为法律责任的含义及其理论基础。在介绍相关概念及其理论基础的前提下，着重分析论证了政府救市行为的法律属性及政府救市行为法律责任的表现形式。 本文第二章总结了我国政府救市行为法律责任制度的现状，并指出其中存在的问题及完善的必要性。我国政府救市行为法律责任制度的突出问题是，立法的完备性与规范性严重不足，且法律责任的监督机制及追究机制十分不健全，导致我们政府救市行为的运...; The legal liability system of government bailout behaviors plays a significant role in safeguarding the proper exercise of a government’s bailout action.
