| 英文摘要 | 金融控股公司是产融结合的高级形态和有效形式。虽然目前我国金融业仍实行的是分业经营的原则，但是很多实业公司已经通过股权投资进入金融业，控制银行、证券、保险等两个以上的金融机构，形成了实业系金融控股公司。这种企业结合形式能够带来巨大的经济效益，但由于其涉及实业和金融业两个不同的产业，特别是实业公司对金融机构的经营有很大的影响，但现行的法律法规却没有给予其明确的法律定位，造成了法律监管的缺位。因而，构建对实业系金融控股公司的法律监管机制具有重要而紧迫的现实意义。鉴于此，本文结合域外国家（地区）的相关经验及我国的现实情况，分析了实业系金融控股公司的监管模式及具体监管制度，对完善我国实业系金融控股公司的...; Financial holding company is the senior and effective form of the combination of production and finance.
