英文摘要	近年来，不断发生的高校学生人身伤害事故已成为困扰高校正常教学活动的一大难题。高校学生人身伤害事故校方责任保险的介入拓宽了高校学生人身伤害事故的救济渠道，使学生人身伤害事故的赔偿更加社会化，有利于保护受害学生合法权利，并且转移了高校的赔偿风险，提高了高校抵御风险的能力。因此，完善和推广我国高校学生人身伤害事故校方责任保险有其必要性和紧迫性。 本文除了引言和结语外，共分四章： 第一章论述我国高校学生人身伤害事故校方民事责任的相关法律问题。第一节界定我国高校与学生的法律关系。第二节论述了高校对学生的人身安全保障义务，探讨高校对学生的人身安全保障义务的标准及内容。第三节分析了高校学生人身伤害事故中...; In recent years, personal injury accidents of college students occurred frequently, which has become a big difficulty disturbing normal teaching activities of college.
