英文摘要	美国是一个实行政教分离原则和贯彻宗教自由原则的国家，与宗教问题有关的纠纷在美国联邦最高法院的判例中比比皆是，而其中涉及的政府对教会学校资助的问题更是引起了社会的广泛关注，且产生了极大的分歧。不仅普通民众莫衷一是，甚至学者也很难在政府与对教会学校的资助间划一条清晰的界限。一般而言，法院审理该类型案件的关键在于判断政府的资助项目是否违反了宪法第一修正案确立的“立教条款”和“宗教自由活动条款”。 本文除却引言与结论外，由五章构成，主要是通过对联邦最高法院审理政府资助教会学校案例的梳理，分析美国的宗教政策。 第一章概述简介了美国政府资助教会学校的现状，比较西方其他发达国家的资助状况，总结了美国政府...; The United States is a country that insists the principle of separation between church and state, and the principle of freedom of religion.
