| 英文摘要 | 登记制度是行政行为，而对于民法来说登记制度体现为准物权行为，物权的变动产生效力两岸具有不同的规定。登记行为能够解决物权冲突，保护交易安全和维护交易秩序，方便交易和节约交易成本，实现国家对物权交易的调控和监控。因此，采用比较的方法对两岸物权登记制度研究具有现实意义。两岸在物权登记适用法律依据上、登记的主管机关上、登记的内容上、登记的范围、登记的程序上、登记的审查上、登记更正、登记意义上、错误登记赔偿和预告登记制度都存在不同。由于物权变动模式存在物权形式主义、债权形式主义、债权意思主义三种模式，因此，两岸在模式选择上也存在不同。基于对模式的不同选择，也影响着两岸的物权登记对物权变动效力的影响。中国...; Registration is administrative act, which is also quasi-property act.
