| 英文摘要 | 近年来，我国医患纠纷案例呈现高发态势，其中不乏发展为恶性暴力事件，仅2011年全国至少发生数十起病人及其家属袭击伤害医务人员事件，其中有的甚至造成人员死亡，医患之间严重缺乏信任，关系呈日趋紧张之势，已成为目前社会公众普遍关注的热点和焦点问题之一。当前，厦门市在处理医患纠纷上，主要通过医患双方自行协商、由卫生行政投诉中心处理、诉讼及由第三方调解处理等四种方式，对于医患之间的小纠纷、小摩擦往往通过前两种处理方式即可得到有效处理；对于医患之间的深层次矛盾提起诉讼费时费力，双方耗不起，尤其是患者，申请医疗事故技术鉴定，其公正性又倍受质疑；而引入第三方调解机制处理医患纠纷，因其中立、灵活、简易等优点，正...; In recent years, there have been more and more medical disputes cases in China , among which many develop to malignant violence.
