英文摘要	随着社会经济的发展，建筑物区分所有权引起了人们的广泛关注。成员权作为建筑物区分所有权的构成要素之一，体现了建筑物区分所有权的实质内容和终极价值归宿——对区分所有的建筑物进行有效的管理，以维持区分所有建筑物中的和谐生活秩序。但在实践中，广大业主的正当权益却常常受到侵害，成员权没有得到有效的维护。为此，本文结合《物权法》、《物业管理条例》等相关法律法规，以及《最高人民法院关于审理建筑物区分所有权纠纷案件具体应用法律若干问题的解释》、《最高人民法院关于审理物业服务纠纷案件具体应用法律若干问题的解释》对成员权的行使问题进行探讨。 论文由以下三章构成。 第一章是对成员权性质的讨论，本章从建筑物区分所...; ABSTRACT With the development of economy, condominium ownership caused the widespread attention of people.
