| 英文摘要 | 生育行为具有社会价值，关系到整个民族的劳动力再生产。因此生育社会保险的给予标准是所有社会保险项目中最优厚的。各国生育保险制度的发展受到其自身经济、社会、传统文化、价值观念等多种因素的影响，呈现出多种多样的特点。我国的生育保险制度受到国际劳工组织的积极影响，生育权作为妇女的一项基本人权，促使生育保险制度在我国很快就得到了发展。2011年7月生效的《中华人民共和国社会保险法》使我国生育保险制度进一步的完善，但由于我国城乡二元社会经济结构以及地区间差异较大的现状，只对生育保险进行了原则性的规定，对生育保险实践中存在的许多问题，并未作详细规定。世界各国对生育保险日渐重视，国外很多国家已建立了相对完善的...; Reproductive behavior has social value, which related to the nation’s labor force reproduction.
