| 英文摘要 | 夫妻财产制是各国婚姻法中极为重要的法律制度。夫妻财产制的规定不仅涉及夫妻之间的财产关系，也涉及了夫妻与第三人之间的财产关系，在现实生活中，夫妻和第三人之间往往形成了错综复杂的财产关系，由于夫妻之间特殊的感情因素和身份关系，在诉讼中这些财产关系往往难以取证，纠纷颇多。本文即是从中国夫妻财产关系的调整和债权人保护两个角度出发，根据中国现行法和法理，并参考和借鉴了外国婚姻法对夫妻财产制的规定，结合中国社会生活实际情况对中国夫妻财产制进行了较深入的研究，为夫妻和债权人之间复杂的财产关系提出一些公平合理的解决办法。除了前言和结论，本文分六章： 第一章夫妻财产制简介。本章介绍和分析了夫妻财产制的概念、特...; ABSTRACT Matrimonial property system is a very important law system in every country’s marriage law.
