英文摘要	2007年发端的全球金融危机已渐趋平稳，但对于政府救市法治化的探讨却热度不减。政府救市的法治化是一个宏大的命题，而政府救市的目标又是政府救市首先要考虑的问题。本文通过比较历年来我国政府救市以及国外政府救市的目标选择来对政府救市目标进行分析。除引言和结语外，全文分为四章。 第一章通过分析政府救市目标的概念以及影响政府救市目标的价值因素，可以得出政府救市的目标包括建立和稳定证券市场的秩序、实现证券市场与实体经济的社会经济效益以及促进证券市场自由发展。 第二章通过考察我国历年救市的目标，揭示了我国政府救市中呈现出的政府干预过度、目标选择不当以及缺乏依法救市依据等问题。这也是我国证券市场成立短短2...; The originator of the global financial crisis in 2007 has become more stable.
