| 英文摘要 | 内容摘要在检察机关内部设立检察委员会，实行集体领导，是我国人民检察制度的一个特色。不可否认，检察委员会在发挥检察人员集体智慧、重大事项决策上起过重要的作用。然而，随着政治、经济、民主法制建设的不断进步和发展，传统的检察委员会制度逐渐暴露出与现行司法体系不和谐的诸多因素，如何对现有的检察委员会制度进行改革，也就成为当今司法改革研究的重要课题之一。从理论层面来说，法学界对审判委员会倾注了较多的思考，如1999年《北大法律评论》第一卷第二辑曾把“中国的审判委员会制度”作为研讨主题，苏力、贺卫方、陈瑞华等国内知名学者撰文进行了研讨，但法学界对检察委员会制度却鲜有评论，现有成果多为基层检察人员撰文交流。...; Abstract Setting up procuratorial committee in procuratorial organi and implementing collective leadership is initiated in China, and is one of the characteristics of China’s procuratorial committee system.
