| 英文摘要 | 内容摘要 随着高校学生规模的大幅度扩张，学生人身伤害事故频发。事故不仅让学生及其家长在人身、精神以及经济上遭受损失，而且高校往往被认为应然担责而被卷入漫长的纠纷解决中，影响了高等教育事业的发展。笔者从高校学生人身伤害事故的类型化研究出发，分析事故的产生原因，明确各方的权利与义务，也期盼高校提高安全防范意识与水平，实现高等教育事业的和谐、有序、健康发展。 本文除了导论和结语外，正文共分四章： 第一章论证高校学生人身伤害事故基本法律问题。首先分析了高校学生人身伤害事故的概念、特征及责任主体；其次，介绍了高校学生伤害事故发生的原因；再次，明确了高校与学生间的行政与民事的双重法律关系；最后，笔者...; ABSTRACT With the rapid expansion of the enrollment sizes of colleges and universities, the students’ personal injury accident frequency is becoming higher and higher.
