英文摘要	本文分为三大部分。文章的第一部分先是简要介绍民事诉讼中举证责任分配的一般原则，包括大陆法系国家的举证责任分配原则和英美法系国家的举证责任分配原则，然后结合国际投资争端解决机制中的举证责任的特殊性以及应有的价值取向，分析国际投资争端解决中的举证责任分配的特色和分配举证责任的过程中应当注意的问题。文章的第二部分则是详尽地分析了“解决投资争端国际中心”（ICSID）中举证责任分配方面的问题。在这一部分，先是从ICSID成立的背景和ICSID在解决国际投资争端方面的特色，来分析其在举证责任分配上应当包含的原则；在此之后引用了ICSID的成案，从实然方面对其举证责任分配、仲裁员自行收集证据的情形等问题进...; This article includes three major parts.
