英文摘要	随着商业经济的发展，商标作为帮助消费者识别产品来源的标识，其作用已不仅仅局限于此，而逐渐成为生产者努力经营所获取的一项财产利益。商标功能的这一变化促使法律对其提供特殊保护，比如说驰名商标的反淡化保护。而在互联网领域，由于其传播特性，驰名商标更容易受到非传统方式的侵害。这些新的侵害方式包括域名抢用淡化、域名抢注淡化、超链接淡化、元标记淡化等。这些方式与技术手段结合起来产生的影响是使得驰名商标所有者的合法权益更难以以过去的手段加以保护。通过本文的研究希望将商标在互联网领域的淡化现象加以梳理、解释、总结，通过分析得出反淡化保护法律规制的提出是十分必要的。并希望能够借鉴别国的先进理念结合我国网络发展情...; With the development of commercial economy, trademark is not only a logo to help consumers identify the source of the products, and gradually become a property interest that the producer acquired.
