| 英文摘要 | 虽然我国刑法典中并没有性犯罪的专章规定，但是由于性犯罪这一概念对于公众来说并不陌生，而且能够受到不失公允的理解，所以本文就以这一范畴的存在为命题，探讨的是我国性犯罪领域内法律规定的不完善问题。 目前，中国刑法条文中对于性犯罪的规定已经明显落后于社会实际发展，尤其是随着社会性观念的发展和矛盾冲突的集中表现，刑法立法不能涵盖的犯罪活动日益增多。因为不能援引法律条文对自己已经被侵犯的合法权益提供保护，这又给性犯罪被害人构成了绝对意义上的二次伤害。再放眼世界其他国家，绝大多数国家都已经在性犯罪领域形成了比较完备的法律条文规定，尤其是男性为被害人的性犯罪行为也能得到法律的认可，这在我国也应该表现为一种...; Although there is no sexual crime in China's criminal code, the concept of sexual crimes is not strange for the general public, and it also can be not fairly understanded.
