| 英文摘要 | 现代航运包括租船运输和班轮运输两种形式。班轮运输下，承运人应托运人的要求必须签发提单。在租船运输中，尽管出租人与承租人之间有租船合同加以规范，但承租人租用船舶并不一定是为了运输自己的货物。为便于货物的运输、转让，租船运输下，承运人通常也需要签发提单，即租船合同项下的提单，简称租船提单。租船提单虽然是提单中的一种，但其具有鲜明的特色。本文拟通过对租船提单的研究，并借鉴国际公约及国外的立法情况，对我国海商立法中关于租船提单制度方面的完善提出一些建议。全文分为引言、正文和结语三部分，正文分为四章：第一章为租船提单的概述。笔者在第一节首先介绍租船运输的概念，接着对租船提单的定义进行界定，并分析了租船提...; Modern contract of affreightment consists of two types, namely charterparty and liner service.
