| 英文摘要 | 本文包括引言、正文和余论三个部分。其中引言部分介绍本选题的依据、现有研究状况，本文的结构安排及主要内容。正文共五章，以下分述其大致内容。 第一章对法官惩戒制度的概念进行了界定并对其历史变迁作了一般分析。本文将“法官惩戒制度”界定为宪法或法律所设置的机构依照法定程序，对法官违反法定行为规范和职业道德的行为进行调查并作出具有法律约束力的非刑事、民事的处罚或处分的制度。法官惩戒制度源于英国，并逐渐在各国的成文宪法中规定下来，成为共同现象。我国相对独立的法官惩戒制度则发端于清末法制改革时期，形成于民国时期。 第二章对法官惩戒与相关的责任追究形式，如弹劾、公务员（文官）惩戒与普通刑事责任等，进行了比...; This dissertation consists of three parts: Introduction, the Main Text and Epilogue.
