英文摘要	一个国家内部各级政府之间的财政关系，即“政府间财政关系”，它作为影响经济发展、政治稳定、社会公平的重要制度，主要涉及到政府间事权划分、财权配置与权限争议的处理，需要从宪法学的视角予以深入研究。论文共分六个部分。 第一章“多学科视野下的政府间财政关系”。“政府间财政关系”至少是政治学、财政学与宪法学这三大学科共同的研究对象。其中，政治学中的政府体制理论，它主要说明现代国家政府间分权的政治原理；财政学中的财政分权理论，它主要阐述现代国家财政分权的经济规律；宪法学中的国家结构形式理论，它主要阐明现代国家政府间分权的制度模式及其宪政内涵。 第二章“宪法释义学视野下的政府间财政关系”。由于目前中国宪...; Abstract The intergovernmental fiscal relationship in a country is related to economic development, political stability, and social justice, and it involves responsibilities division, financial rights allocation and authority dispute resolution within governments.
