| 英文摘要 | 风险投资在支持创新者创业、推动高科技产业化、促进科技成果转化为生产力等方面起着重要作用。近年来我国一直大力发展自主创新，科技创新，致力于建设创新型国家。这无疑成为风险投资发展的一个契机。而与风险投资高度契合的组织形式——有限合伙，因2006年《合伙企业法》的修订而在我国的正式确立。本文以有限合伙这一我国风险投资市场的新兴事物作为研究对象，分析风险投资与有限合伙制度的契合性，并针对我国有限合伙具体制度中存在的问题，在借鉴他国经验的基础上提出自己粗浅的改善意见。 全文分为引言、正文和结语三个部分。其中正文部分分为四章。 第一章是整篇论文的理论基础。本部分主要从有限合伙型风险投资的法律构造和制度...; Venture capital plays an important role in supporting the innovators’ entrepreneurship, pushing high-tech industrialization and promoting the turn of the science and technology achievements into productivity.
