英文摘要	继承法的立法宗旨是公平地保护继承人和遗产债权人的合法权益。现行《继承法》对遗产管理制度不够重视，难以合理地保护继承人、遗产债权人、受遗赠人和其他利害关系人的合法利益。遗产管理制度对继承法而言具有重要意义，是继承立法的核心，建立完善的遗产管理制度能有效地全面地保护继承人和遗产债权人双方的合法权益。遗产管理制度的主要内容涉及：遗产管理人制度、公示催告、遗产清册的制定、遗产债务的清偿、遗产的分割等。本文在对国内外立法例进行分析和比较基础上，对我国完善遗产管理制度的必要性，遗产管理制度的主要内容等进行了探讨，并针对我国现行继承立法的不足提出了相应的立法构想。全文除前言和结束语外，共分为四章进行了论述。...; The legislative object of the law of succession is fairly protected the legal rights and interests of successors and creditors.
