| 英文摘要 | 在国际政治生活中，国际法有着举足轻重的作用，在国际政治领域中没有国际法就不会有正常的、稳定的国际交往。如何理解好国际政治与国际法，对于了解世界发展趋势以及建立国际新秩序有重大的意义。本文主要分为四个部分： 第一部分，国际政治理论中的国际法。主要阐述了国际政治理论中的理想主义学派、现实主义学派、新现实主义学派与自由主义学派对国际法的基本态度、特点、存在的理论缺陷和不足。从国际政治理论角度来分析这些学派的不同观点和不同视角，能够帮助我们全面认识和把握国际法的作用。 第二部分，就国际法与国际政治来说，两者关系主要表现为三个方面：其一，国际法是国际政治的产物，国际政治决定国际法的体系结构和发展方向...; In the international political life, international law has a pivotal role in the field of international politics is not international law, there will not be normal and stable international exchanges.
