英文摘要	本文以当代各主要国家宪法文本中的公民义务规范为切入点，在横向与纵向上对公民的宪法义务做一个较为全面的梳理，借以探求作为规范的宪法义务的一般性特征和变化规律，着重探讨了宪法义务规范实现过程中的人权保障问题。在此基础上，检讨了我国现行宪法中公民义务规范的特点、法理基础和实现机制，力求在客观中性的立场上展现中外宪法文本中义务规范的异同与得失。 第一章首先在规范层面上对各主要国家宪法义务的内容和规范方式进行梳理。法律保留原则与比例原则是课以宪法义务时所必须遵循的两个基本原则。宪法义务规范的变化大致历经了从早期的萌芽到上世纪初的高峰直至当代式微的过程。 第二章分析了宪法义务的功能（作用）与特征。宪法...; The present paper starts from the norms of citizen obligation in the constitutional text of the contemporary leading countries, and further makes a thorough and clear statement of the citizen constitutional obligation, which enables us to better understand the constitutional obligation as the norm together with its general characteristics and the laws of development.
