| 英文摘要 | 摘要见义勇为，扬善惩恶，一直以来都是社会崇尚的美德，也是各级政府大力倡导的高尚行为。然而由于见义勇为仍处于道德范畴，法律并没有对见义勇为作出明确规定，致使许多人因见义勇为遭受到人身、财产等损害之后，即使通过司法途径也往往得不到公正补偿，这一现状不仅使当事人陷于困境，也让民众甚觉尴尬。建立和完善对见义勇为行为救济的相关法律，是维护见义勇为人员的权益，构建法治社会和责任政府的必然要求。本文阐述了见义勇为的法律涵义、特征，分析了我国现行法律对见义勇为行为救济的路径及存在的不足，从行政法的角度，探讨对见义勇为行为提供法律保障的必要性、可行性，并提出建立见义勇为行为保护的行政法规的建议。全文除引言外，共...; ABSTRACT Poetical justice is the forever virtue the society advocates.
