| 英文摘要 | “土地是人类社会最重要的生产资料和生活资料”，这一认识恐怕到目前为止不会遭到太多人的反对；而土地同时是十分稀缺的，必须有效利用，获得最大化的效益，才能造福于人类社会，因此，人类展开了空间利用上的探索。空间使用权在我国并非一个新名词，在《物权法》修订的过程中，许多学者曾就是否要在《物权法》中单独设立空间使用权展开过热烈的讨论，其间争议甚烈，随着《物权法》的颁布施行，相关讨论渐有偃旗息鼓之势。本文以呼吁学者及立法者对区分所有建筑物立体空间使用权加以关注为目的而对其进行了探讨，除引言和结语外，分为三章。 第一章首先对区分所有建筑物立体空间使用权所涉及的基本概念进行厘清，阐述了区分所有建筑物的立体空...; Land is one of the most important means of production and subsistence of human society.
