| 英文摘要 | 专利法作为知识产权制度的重要组成部分，对于保护发明创造人的合法权益，推动科学技术的应用和推广，促进科学技术的国际交流与合作具有十分重大的意义。中国大陆地区与台湾地区分别于2001年底与2002年初先后加入WTO，两岸为了与WTO规则相协调，加速自身产业发展，提升专利审查品质，各自对其专利法进行了大幅度的修改和完善。本文就海峡两岸最新修正后的专利法作一比较分析，以期寻求两岸专利立法的共同点，相互借鉴，解决以至消除法律冲突，加强两岸的科技交流与经贸合作。 本文第一章为介绍大陆与台湾两岸专利立法的发展过程，以及两岸专利法在立法体例与制度框架的不同。通过两岸专利法从制定到修改的历程的对比，为专利立法...; Patent Law, as an important component of Intellectual Property Law, is very significant for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of inventors, and for promoting the application and popularization or the international exchange and cooperation of science and technology.
