| 英文摘要 | 由于发展观念、发展制度、发展阶段的不同，再加上美国对中国的连年贸易逆差，知识产权问题成为中美两国之间经贸关系的一个核心问题。两国知识产权争端、摩擦不断。我国对境外作品实行内容审查制度，对审查不合法的作品禁止出版、传播。这被发达国家曲解为是我国对境外作品进入中国市场设置的门槛。中美知识产权案的发生成为2010年《中华人民共和国著作权法》修改的导火索。但这次修改并不表明我国对作品出版、传播领域不做任何限制。本文在对著作权法第四条的修改进行分析的同时，研究我国对境外作品的著作权保护，尝试提出一些建议。 全文除了引言和结论外共分四章。 第一章是境外作品行政审查及著作权保护概述。主要阐述境外作品的概...; Due to different development concepts、development systems and development stages,along with United States continue trade deficits on China, intellectual property rights become a core issue in Sino-US economic and trade relations.
