英文摘要	改革开放以来，随着社会主义市场经济的迅猛发展，人们的生活水平不断得以提高，婚姻家庭也产生了很大的变化，夫妻财产的表现形式、数量、价值等较之以往传统的家庭财产也不断地产生变化，财产被赋予了新的内容。家庭共同财产不再单纯的是房屋、家俱、存款等物，有价证券、股权、知识产权等财产已越来越多地进入了家庭。随着财产呈现出的复杂化和多元化的特征，在离婚诉讼中随之产生了对财产性质的认定及处理的疑难问题。对此，我国于2001年对1980年《婚姻法》进行了修正，随后又出台了两部司法解释，都进一步完善了夫妻财产制，特别是完善了夫妻共同财产和共同债务方面的规定，对当前的审判工作有很大的指导意义。但是，现实社会中总是会...; With the rapid development of socialistic market economy from the reform and opening, the living standard is being improved, great changes took place about marriage and family, and the form, quantity and value of conjugal property varied much from that in tradition.
