| 英文摘要 | 本文以《商标法》第三次修改为背景，从异议主体、异议事由、异议程序、异议后果等方面对商标异议制度进行探讨研究。本文除引言和结论外，正文共分为三部分。 第一章主要采用比较分析的方法。首先，介绍商标异议制度的基本理论，包括异议制度的概念、构成、特点及利弊；然后，介绍国内外的相关规定，分析我国大陆地区与港澳台地区、欧盟、美英德法日等国的商标异议制度的异同。第二章主要采用实践分析的方法。首先，分析实践中的商标异议案件，包括涉及在先商标、在先权利、恶意异议等方面的系列案例。然后，通过上述案例的分析，研究我国现行商标异议制度的运行效果。第三章在上文的比较研究和实践分析的基础上，阐述我国现行商标异议制度存在...; This paper studies on Trademark Opposition System in the Background of the third revision of Trademark Law.
