| 英文摘要 | 发生在校园以及与学校有关的未成年学生人身损害处理问题，一直是社会关注、家长关心、教育部门担心的重大问题，与此同时在审判实践中由于对学校应承担民事责任的性质以及归责原则等认识的争议，导致该类纠纷日益成为困扰审判实践的难点之一。本文以我国现行法律规定为基础，并结合人民法院审理此类纠纷的实际案例，实证分析此类纠纷审理的现状及存在的问题，并在此基础上进一步分析问题产生的原因与立法完善的建议，以期为审判实践中解决此类纠纷提供参考。全文除引言和结语外，共分为四章: 第一章对校园人身损害赔偿纠纷进行界定。笔者以民事审判为角度，结合我国目前对学生人身损害的称谓，提出本文关于“校园人身损害赔偿纠纷”的概念，并...; The problems of Minors’ personal injury happened in the campus and related to the school have always been the big concern of the society, the parents and the education department.
