| 英文摘要 | 肇始于美国的次贷危机，从2008年起，迅速演变成20世纪大萧条以来最严重的国际金融危机。此次金融危机对世界各国的经济、政治和社会都造成了巨大的影响。我国的虚拟经济和实体经济也均遭拖累。为防范金融风险、化解金融危机，更好地发展金融业，就惟有加强金融法治一途。虽然我国的金融法治建设已经取得一定的成绩，但仍存在不少不足和隐患，如金融法治理念不强、金融法律体系不完善、对金融消费者的保护机制不健全、金融监管制度有待改善等。 本文从介绍此次危机的重大影响入手，着重分析比较了造成此次危机的各种因素，其中美国人超前消费的行为方式和相关金融机构、信用评级中介的贪婪是其社会基础，而美国利率上升和住房市场持续降温...; Since 2008, the subprime crisis, which originated in the United States, has become the most serious international financial crisis after the Great Depression in the 20th century.
