| 英文摘要 | 近年来，因为房产开放所引发的宗教房地产纠纷频仍，宗教房地产问题成为当前宗教工作中的热点问题。特别是在维护国内安定稳定的形势下，如何能有效地解决因宗教房地产问题而引发的纠纷，甚至是群体性事件成为地方政府和宗教事务部门的一项新课题。但与这种严峻的形势形成鲜明对比的是，当前有关宗教房地产问题的法律法规较为缺乏，特别是缺少能够真正有效指导解决具体宗教房地产纠纷的可操作性法律规范。 目前，无论是在政府宗教事务部门，还是在理论界，宗教房地产问题已经逐渐引起诸多关注。遗憾的是，由于大部分有关宗教房地产问题的文件并未向社会公开，主要是在政府部门之间流通传阅。使得有关这一方面问题的论述，特别是研究性论述还是比...; In recent years, because the property is caused by opening of religious property disputes frequently, religious property problem has become one of the hot issues in the current religious work.
