| 英文摘要 | 刑法解释是指对刑法规范的含义进行解释，以使刑法得以正确适用。文义解释是刑法的基本解释方法之一，在刑法的诸多解释方法中具有优先性。刑法文义解释的准确适用是实现刑法罪刑法定原则的保证。文章通过对刑法中文义解释含义的阐释，明确文义解释的原则和方法。主要结合刑法分则中受贿罪的有关规定，列举和解释文义解释方法的具体运用规则。 第一章从法律解释的概念中界定刑法文义解释的含义，特征以及解释的立场。结合刑法的特质，强调刑法中文义解释有别于其他法律中文义解释的差异。主要体现罪刑法定原则对文义解释的限制，突出说明在刑法中重视和研究文义解释的现实意义。 第二章结合法律语言的特性说明刑法文义解释的限度。法律语言涵...; The Criminal explanation is that interpret the meaning of norms in code to enable the criminal law to be applied correctly.
