英文摘要	“投资”的定义是国际投资法理论构建的基础，直接影响到国际投资法的研究对象与范围。“投资”的定义也决定了国际投资仲裁庭管辖权成立的条件。所以，研究“投资”的定义具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。 “投资”定义问题多从经济学角度加以研究，而从法律的角度对“投资”定义的研究分析较少，在国际投资法领域，该术语通常被直接引用。本文通过对“投资”定义历史沿革的考察和对国际投资法规范与国际投资仲裁庭实践的比较，重新思考“投资”的定义，进而提出对“投资”进行定义时应把握的原则。本文除前言与结论外共分四章： 第一章通过考察国际投资法理论对“投资”定义的分类以及历史沿革，发现“投资”经历了由狭窄到宽泛的定义过程。...; As a research item of international investment law, the definition of “investment” lays the foundation of the architecture of international investment law theory, and also be as a pre-condition for the jurisdiction of international investment arbitration tribunal.
