| 英文摘要 | 随着生活水平的提高，室内装修污染在我们的生活中正在越来越多的发生，每天都有受害者因其而改变自己的生活。笔者在查阅资料，研究案例，比较分析的基础上，从现有难点、救济思路、立法完善三个方面着手，试图对室内装修污染控制的法律规定做一定梳理并提出一些完善建议。 第一章主要分析室内装修污染维权的现状，包括受害人维权方式和现今司法实践中存在的救济难点。 第二章分析不同类型室内装修污染的受害人维权路径。室内装修污染可以分为建筑污染、装修污染和家具污染三个大类，装修又可以分为装修设计、包工不包料装修、包工部分包料装修、包工包料装修和精装修五个阶段。本章结合相关案例，分析不同类型污染中受害人的维权思路。 ...; With the improvement of living level, the interior decoration pollution occurs in our lives more and more frequent, and the victims have to change their lives due to this.
