| 英文摘要 | 作为一项基本人权，迁徙自由不仅被多国宪法、法律以及国际性人权文件所规范，也在我国经济市场化和政治民主化的过城中被越来越多的人所关注。本文主要以中国的迁徙现象为出发点，总结迁徙自由在我国的现状和发展趋势，呼吁我国进行适当的迁徙立法。 文章一共分为四大部分。第一章以迁徙和迁徙自由权的概念、属性为重点。第二章深入研究迁徙自由的两大核心内容，即不仅要保证迁徙的行动自由，更要保障迁徙者在迁徙过程中的身份平等与利益均衡。第三章深入分析迁徙自由的运行动因，为第四章迁徙自由在我国的立法构建做恰当的理论铺垫和现实分析。 确认我国公民的迁徙自由权，不仅对社会人口的合理流动有利，还能促进经济、政治、文化的良性发...; As a basic human rights，freedom of migration has been knowledged by the constitutions and laws in many countries as well as international human rights treaties widely.
