英文摘要	随着2012年3月14日经过修改的《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》（以下简称《新刑事诉讼法》）的颁布，鉴定意见取代鉴定结论成为法定的一种证据形式。鉴定意见作为法定的一种证据，也必须经过取证、举证、质证、认证这四个诉讼证明的基本环节。其中，认证是法官在审判过程中对诉讼双方提供的证据，或者自行收集的证据进行审查判断，确认其证据能力和证明力的活动。认证作为诉讼证明的最后一个环节，直接决定了鉴定意见是否能够被采纳，能够在何种程度上被采纳。因此，认证是非常严肃又十分重要的诉讼环节，认证的正确与否直接关系到案件的实体处理是否正确。为了保证鉴定意见认证的准确性，在鉴定意见的认证过程中就要求遵循一定的认证规则，依...; The core of the legal proceedings is the process of proceeding proof.
