| 英文摘要 | 在我国，部分地区的检察院、公安机关在办理刑事案件时经常有非常恶劣的刑讯逼供现象发生，同时，在法庭上被告人诬告侦查人员刑讯逼供的现象也屡见不鲜。笔者认为实行全程同步录音录像是遏制刑讯逼供等现象的发生一个有效的途径。2012年3月14日新修订的《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第121条规定：“侦查人员在讯问犯罪嫌疑人的时候，可以对讯问过程进行录音或者录像；对于可能判处无期徒刑、死刑的案件或者其他重大犯罪案件，应当对讯问过程进行录音或者录像。录音或者录像应当全程进行，保持完整性。”该法条的出台和实施，将有利于保障人权和遏制刑讯逼供；有利于规范侦查人员的讯问手段，提高侦查人员业务水平；有利于及时固定证据，...; The terrible act of extortion of confessions through torture often exists in the Procuratorate and Public Security Organs when handling the criminal cases in some areas of China.
