| 英文摘要 | 2009年，轰动全国的“人肉搜索第一案”终于告罄，该案判决在规制网络侵权责任方面起到了积极的示范作用，同时也引发了笔者关于网络隐私权这一新兴权利的思考。随着互联网时代的来临，人们的生产生活越来越离不开计算机及网络，而网络由于其所具有的虚拟性、开放性等特点，使得公民的网络隐私更易遭到侵犯，隐私权的保护面临新的挑战。本文正是通过“人肉搜索”这一新现象，引出网络隐私权保护这一主旨。本文主要解决的问题是：在对网络中的个人数据资料进行处理时，如何能够防止侵权行为的泛滥，使网络环境下的隐私权在我国得到充分的保护。文章共分三章进行探讨。 第一章内容为“人肉搜索”与网络隐私权。第一节简要分析了“人肉搜索”的...; The first case about human flesh search finally came to an end in 2009.
