| 英文摘要 | 本文主要研究了ECFA背景下如何发展厦门相关法制这一问题。由于ECFA的签订，两岸经济贸易合作进入新阶段。至于厦门，前已成立海沧保税港区，后又设立两岸区域性金融服务中心，无奈相关法制建设落后，某些领域甚至处于法律真空，故笔者从海沧保税港区和对台离岸金融法制两个方面进行分析，最后尝试性地分别提出完善相关法制的建议。本文创新之处在于文章研究内容立足于厦门相关法制，并考察国内外相关法制建设经验，选取自由贸易港区和离岸金融两个角度，运用比较，分析，综合等多种研究方法，最后得出结论和提出建议。 本文包括缩略语表、正文、附录和参考文献。正文除了引言与结语之外，其主文又分为三大部分。 第一部分是“概述”...; The main purpose of this paper is to study the development of legislation in Amoy under the background of ECFA.
