英文摘要	随着金融资本市场全球化进程的加速，越来越多的公司选择在多个证券市场同时上市交易股票。在证券跨境交叉上市过程中，上市国和公司本国都面临着对该公司的跨境监管、域外执法以及监管合作问题。 内地和香港证券市场至今仍处于分割状态，香港证券市场较为发达，对交叉上市公司股票同时暂停交易如何进行监管规定也较为严密；大陆证券市场则仅仅只是有限度的对外开放，也并未规定接纳境外公司进入境内市场上市之后如何进行监管。但事实上，在境外上市的一些具有中资背景的公司已经开始了同时在境内上市的行为，一些境外公司也在积极地准备进入内地证券市场。本文详细叙述了大陆证券市场对交叉上市股票同时暂停的监管现状，参考对照香港的监管法律...; With high pace of financial globalization of capital markets, more and more companies choose to list in multiple securities markets at the same time.
