英文摘要	大宗商品交易是将传统的现货交易借助电子化、网络化的手段，以电子商务为平台组织的一种特殊的商品交易形式。近年来，伴随着大宗商品交易市场的大量产生和发展，由大宗商品交易引发的法律事件愈见增多，交易风险愈发凸显，暴露了大宗商品交易中各种法律问题，以及我国对于大宗商品交易在立法上和监管上的不足。如何对我国大宗商品交易中各种风险进行有效的法律规制，使其合法而规范的存在，是促进大宗商品交易步入良性发展轨道的关键。 本文力图从法律的视角对我国大宗商品交易的法律法规缺失、监管不善、交易机制风险、清算风险等各类法律问题进行分析和探讨，以求促进我国大宗商品交易法律规制的进一步完善。 本文首先明确大宗商品交易的...; Bulk stock trading, it is a special type of commodities trading that is developed from traditional spot trading by means of net-working and E-commerce.
