| 英文摘要 | 近年来，法学界对少数民族习惯法的研究日益升温。这其中，彝族的婚姻习惯法又有着其独特的魅力和意义，它是彝族社会运行状况和伦理道德强化的符号，也是民族法律制度的重要组成部分。它显现着彝族人民的婚姻观念和文化内涵，凝聚和反映着这个民族传承、演变的历史进程。因此，研究彝族的婚姻习惯法，是发掘其民族文化和精神的有效途径。事实上，只有深入的发掘和理解，才能寻找到彝族婚姻习惯法和国家制定法之间的契合点，以期促进社会和谐运行和良性发展。 当前学界对彝族文化的研究主要集中在四川的大小凉山地区，而对于同样拥有璀璨文明的毕节地区彝族文化，目前还鲜有学者涉足。大量的彝文原始文献尚未找到知音，反倒有诸多社会学学者就服...; In recent years, the legal community rises more enthusiasm on studying customary law of ethnic groups.
